Confirmation
At the time of reservation a $500 per person deposit is required to reserve your place on one of our non-custom itineraries. For all custom private departures we request a 20% deposit of the land program cost. If hotels, special interest venues, sporting event tickets or any other portion of you tour requires additional deposits you will be notified at time of booking. This may be paid by check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.

Balance Due
Ninety (90) days prior to departure the remainder of the balance for your trip is due. You may pay the balance by check or credit card, however if you paid your deposit with a credit card, Latitude World Tours, LLC (LWT) will assume you want the balance paid by credit card and accordingly will charge your credit card unless you notify LWT, in writing, that you wish to change your form of payment. If the balance is not paid when due, LWT reserves the right to consider your reservation cancelled.

Cancellation & Refunds
Unfortunately, guests sometimes need to cancel their plans after they have already booked their reservations. To help make this unfortunate situation a bit better, LWT has developed a liberal refund policy, however we also strongly encourage all guests to purchase insurance incase they must cancel their participation. Should you need to cancel your reservation LWT will provide a refund based on the following fees:

For Private / Custom Tours:

*For some tours that require LWT to purchase tickets and / or include other non-refundable deposits from local suppliers far in advance, the cost of these purchases will only be refunded if LWT is able to secure a refund from the suppliers.

Changes to Itineraries
Unforeseen circumstances sometimes may cause  LWT to have to make changes to itineraries either prior to travel or on the spot, accordingly LWT reserves the right to make any changes to the itinerary it deems fit should unforeseen circumstance arise. If this happens LWT will make every effort to substitute "like for like" quality in all circumstances. LWT reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason and if it does so will refund all funds for the unfulfilled portion of the tour. Should this occur this will constitute full settlement.

Arrival & Departure and Transfers The inclusion of transfers is based on your individual itinerary, please refer to your itinerary to confirm if transfers are included in the price of your tour.

Traveling Solo  LWT will do all we can to match you with another solo traveler based on your requirements, however we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to make such a match. Accordingly, we suggest you confirm at the "single room supplement" rate and we will always allow you to pair up to secure the lower price, and provide a refund, at any time, right up until departure, as long as our hotels can accommodate the change.

Small Group Supplement  If LWT is not able to achieve a minimum level of participation on a particular departure, LWT may find it necessary to require a per passenger Small Group Supplement to guarantee the departure of that particular trip. Should this occur, and we will do all possible to avoid this situation, we will apprise you of the situation no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Insurance We recommend all of our guests secure travel insurance for their trip and will provide an application for TravelGuard Insurance. TravelGuard is one of the largest travel insurers in the world. We offer a variety of plans but highly recommend TravelGuard's Gold plan that allows you to cancel for any reason. Please call or email us for a brochure that outlines the details of the plans available. 

Currency Fluctuations & Potential Price Changes While we will do everything to avoid any price changes in the case of meaningful currency fluctuations or supplier price increases due to the cost of oil, taxes, currency fluctuation or for any other reason. LWT reserves the right to adjust our tour pricing accordingly. Cancellations will not be refunded if due to this price increase. Once, and only once, the trip has been paid in full, the price will be "locked in" and will not change. We encourage you to take advantage of the savings and exchange rate "lock in" offered by paying early.

Passports & Visas You are responsible for obtaining a valid passport and all appropriate visas and their associated fees. If asked, LWT will provide information relating to visa requirements and where visas can be obtained.

Conditions of Participation By participating in a Latitude World Tours, LLC ("LWT") tour a LWT guest agrees to the following conditions of participation. LWT does not operate or own any vehicles for transportation, lodging facilities or any other service provider. All tour services are subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier that provides services and to the local laws. By partaking in a LWT tour, a guest agrees that he/she will not hold LWT liable, financial or otherwise, for any issues, loss or concerns directly or indirectly resulting from a supplier or that is beyond LWT's control, including but not limited to delay, sickness, death, injury, inconvenience, etc. Additionally a guest agrees that LWT will not be responsible or liable for any damages related to any tour. LWT reserves the right to cancel a tour or make changes to services it deems necessary, all without notice. LWT reserves the right to expel anyone from a tour whom, in LWT's sole judgment, is significantly impacting the enjoyment of other guests. Each guest participates in the activities of a tour at their own risk as LWT is not qualified to evaluate a guest's fitness. By allowing a minor to partake in a LWT tour the parent or guardian agrees to assume full responsibility for supervision and safety of that minor during the tour and further agrees to hold harmless LWT for any damages or injuries. By participating in a LWT tour a guest further agrees to allow LWT to take a photographic record of the trip and to use those photographs for promotional purposes. Latitude World Tours, LLC and its agents, employees, officers, directors and affiliates are acting solely as agent for our clients and assume no liability or responsibility for any accident, death, personal injury, illness, property damage, delay or other loss or expense of any nature whatsoever.
