The Sultanate of Oman is the 2nd largest country, after Saudi Arabia, on the Arabian Peninsula. In area it is slightly smaller than the state of Kansas in the U.S. The Omani culture owes much to the location and geography of the country. The cultural heartland lies in the interior, in the desert valleys of the mountainous backbone which parallels the coastal plains. Seas to the north and east have fostered a long maritime tradition, with Omanis excelling at ship and dhow building, as well as all sea faring trades.

When you visit Oman you will find rugged mountains with peaks as high as 9700 feet, the beautiful Wahiba desert with its golden sands, and over 1200 miles of coastline with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world as the natural backdrop for your adventure.

With its ideal location and vividly diverse terrain Oman offers a bit of everything in a single destination; adventure, respite, exploration and experiences that will leave you with enough memories for a lifetime.
