Our specialty is the amazing experience. If we cannot deliver to you an experience of lifetime, we won’t do it. Many other smaller organization that do just one or two theme’s may know that theme well, but they often don’t have the experience, connections or ability to identify just the best of the best in that category. Latitude is able to partner and consult with true experts in each category we offer and in doing so identify the greatest events for you. | If I am a solo traveler can LWT pair me with another solo traveler so I don’t incur the cost of a “single room supplement”?

LWT will do all we can to match you with another solo traveler based on your requirements, however we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to make such a match. Accordingly we suggest you confirm at the “single room supplement” rate and we will always allow you to pair up to secure the lower price, at any time, right up until departure, as long as our hotels can accommodate the change.

| Will I feel comfortable as a solo traveler?

| The most important aspect of participating in a LWT program is your passion. By focusing on themes, events and performances we put together groups of like minded individuals who are passionate about what we are doing. In other words, if you are passionate about your trip, you will fit in wonderfully.

| What if I don’t arrive or depart with the group?
|
You are welcome to arrive and depart on your own, however the airport transfers that LWT includes are applicable only to the “preferred” group flight and cannot be refunded. However we will be happy to arrange a private transfer at your own cost.
Additionally the only requirements we have is that you arrive in time to participate in the group’s first activity. This is important in developing group cohesiveness and we want to ensure you are able to hear all introductory lectures given by your guide that will help orientate you for the balance of the program.

| What if I don’t want to attend a particular performance or event?
|
While we encourage everyone to participate in all activities, as this makes for a more enjoyable trip for everyone, we understand that some may want to opt out of certain activities. Accordingly if you want to opt out please arrange with your guide where you can next meet up with the group. The only requirement is that you not opt out of any activities that will result in you missing any transportation services.
We also ask for your understanding in recognizing that no refunds or discounts can be provided by your non-participation as LWT has to pre-pay for all events, performances, meals and venues.

| Where do you recommend I purchase airfare? What if I want to redeem miles?
|
LWT offers highly competitive airfares on our “preferred” flights that will be met by our group escort and for which we provide transfers from the airport. We suggest you talk with our air department and let them price out your preferred air routing. If we are not able to secure your preferred routing at the most competitive price please feel free to purchase your airfare wherever you believe you can get the most favorable rate.
If you are redeeming miles we suggest that you call us for information about the “preferred” flights for which we include airport transfers and that our escort will be meeting. If you choose to travel on other flights we can provide transfers for you at an additional cost, however LWT cannot provide any refund or discount for not transferring with the group.
